Multi-Campus ECE Float Teacher

Work across Calgary and Strathmore academies as a Multi-Campus ECE Float Teacher supporting classrooms, educators, and safe staffing ratios.
Fueling Brains Academy is hiring experienced Early Childhood Educators for a flexible float team serving multiple campuses. This role supports infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while assisting Lead Teachers with classroom activities, transitions, and supervision. Educators must adapt confidently to different age groups and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Cover classrooms and staffing ratios across assigned locations
Support children through routines and learning activities
Assist Lead Teachers during transitions and supervision
Follow childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
Maintain nurturing and engaging learning environments
Requirements:
Mandatory Alberta ECE Level 2 or Level 3 certification
One to two years’ licensed Canadian childcare experience
Ability to travel between assigned campuses
Strong teamwork, communication, and classroom management skills
First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness within three months
Use your ECE certification, communication, and classroom management skills across Fueling Brains Academy’s Calgary and Strathmore campuses.
