Luxury cosmetics sales and clienteling anchor this full-time Specialist position at Holt Renfrew’s 737 Dunsmuir Street location in Vancouver.
As the designated Chantecaille Beauty Advisor, you will pursue brand and personal sales goals through expert consultations and customer relationships. The role requires strong product knowledge, consistent follow-up, and collaboration with buyers, vendors, selling managers, and store teams. You will communicate with clients about events, merchandise requests, and sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceed assigned brand sales, service, and personal targets
Communicate with clients about events and merchandise requests
Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers
Resolve customer service issues within established guidelines
Attend product, vendor, and Holt Renfrew education sessions
Requirements:
High school diploma required for consideration
At least two years commission-based sales experience
Self-motivated, competitive, entrepreneurial, and self-confident
Collaborative approach in a team-oriented environment
Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
Use luxury cosmetics knowledge, clienteling discipline, and sales focus to grow Chantecaille performance at Holt Renfrew.
