Assistant Retail Store Manager

Lead retail operations with Reitmans as an Assistant Store Manager, using team coaching and customer experience expertise in fashion retail. Support daily performance while working closely with the Store Manager.
At Reitmans, you will motivate teams, strengthen engagement, and help deliver inclusive fashion experiences. You will monitor KPIs, support sales performance, and contribute to brand growth. The role also includes talent development, merchandising, inventory, and omnichannel initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
Prioritize customer satisfaction and exceptional service standards
Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning
Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and daily floor coverage
Requirements:
Two or more years managing or supervising retail teams
Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
Fashion knowledge, style sense, and sales performance skills
High school diploma and flexible evening, weekend availability
Bring retail leadership, fashion knowledge, KPI awareness, and customer experience skills to Reitmans as Assistant Store Manager.
