This Food Service Worker position focuses on food preparation and production standards. You will use approved recipes, manage serving temperatures, control portions, and notify cooks about unacceptable temperatures. Daily duties also include setting up items, distributing supplies, and maintaining clean service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, present, and serve meals meeting quality expectations
Follow approved recipes and production standards consistently
Monitor serving temperatures and notify cooks when unacceptable
Set up items for purchase each day
Clean areas and remove trash to designated locations
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills for managing heavy workloads
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Previous food service experience considered an asset
Physical ability to carry pans, kettles, and trays
Ability to work independently and in team settings
