with strong knowledge of the North American freight market.
Secure profitable loads using
DAT & Loadlink .
Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers.
Identify high-paying freight lanes and minimize deadhead miles.
Build strong broker relationships and maximize revenue per truck.
Coordinate load bookings with our operations team.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in load booking and freight brokerage.
Hands-on experience with
DAT and Loadlink .
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of USA-Canada freight lanes and market rates.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
