Clinical Nutrition Service Leader

Lead clinical nutrition services at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, coordinating daily delivery, staff guidance, and safe patient care in person.
Shared Health seeks a Clinical Service Leader for Nutrition & Food Services. This clinical position oversees service operations, mentors diet technicians and support staff, and maintains nutrition assessment, intervention, and follow up. The work includes program planning, evaluation, scheduling, payroll sign off, and performance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical service delivery within designated areas
Guide, mentor, educate, and evaluate diet technicians
Coordinate schedules, workloads, rotations, and payroll sign off
Maintain nutrition assessment, intervention, and follow up
Support recruitment, performance improvement, and learning plans
Requirements:
Three years of recent relevant food service management experience
Recognized accredited dietetic internship or practical training program
Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Manitoba
Leadership, coaching, communication, and critical thinking abilities
Ability to function in a computerized environment
