Forklift Material Handler Barrie

Operate forklifts and manage manufacturing materials at Napoleon’s Barrie facility during a Monday to Friday afternoon shift. Use RFQ and ERP systems to keep production supplied.
The Material Handler reports to the Team Leader, Manufacturing, supporting storage, inventory, and production flow. This permanent vacancy requires material handling knowledge, forklift experience, and the ability to work independently. You will use RF scanners, Visual, and ERP processes while responding to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and load or unload trailers, bins, and racks
Deliver parts from storage to designated locations or machines
Consolidate bins, sort products, and manage storage footprints
Complete accurate inventory counts for assigned SKUs and locations
Maintain organized equipment and follow maintenance procedures
Requirements:
Forklift certificate and Fork Truck Safety Course certificate
One to two years forklift experience in manufacturing
High school diploma, GED, or relevant warehousing experience
RF scanner experience; Visual ERP or MRP preferred
Strong communication, organization, and independent decision-making skills
Bring forklift operation, inventory accuracy, and production material coordination skills to Napoleon’s manufacturing team in Barrie, Ontario.
