This internship supports Ford’s dealer claims review activities during May through August 2027. You must be returning to school in the fall and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate business degree. The work includes claim investigations, dealer communication, administrative support, and related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review dealer claims and parts returned to the depot
Investigate claim errors and recommend approval or rejection
Communicate with dealers regarding claim reviews
Provide administrative support and complete required projects
Requirements:
Undergraduate or graduate business degree currently in progress
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Availability May through August 2027 and return to school
Use business analysis, dealer communication, and Microsoft Office skills to support Ford claims operations in Paris, Ontario.
