Keep The Stella running smoothly as a Building Maintenance Technician in Etobicoke, applying plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and customer service skills onsite.
Tricon seeks a Maintenance Technician for its new rental community on Dundas Street West. You will manage resident requests, complete repairs, and support reliable building operations. The work includes mechanical systems, carpentry, suite turnovers, safety procedures, and service records.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours
Diagnose and complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
Inspect building systems, common areas, and amenity spaces
Complete suite turnovers to Class A standards
Coordinate contractors and monitor quality and timelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Hands-on building maintenance and repair experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Working knowledge of Teams, Excel, and Outlook
Onsite flexibility and rotating on-call availability
