As a
Service Advisor
with
Steele Subaru
, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance or repairs. If you have strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to excel in the automotive service industry.

How you will make an impact:
Reviewing warranty and service coverage and clearly explaining applicable terms
Preparing accurate estimates for parts, materials, and labour
Creating repair orders that clearly outline concerns, required repairs, and recommended services
Keeping customers informed about estimates, timelines, approvals, and vehicle status
Maintaining accurate service records and documenting recommended repairs and actions
Delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to provide additional value.
What drives your success:
You have 3+ years of customer service experience
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can build positive relationships with customers
You can stay organized, manage priorities, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
You can work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities
You have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
You may have previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, which would be considered an asset
