Remote Claims Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Take first notice of loss claims for auto and property
Explain basic claim processes and next steps
Answer customer questions about policies and procedures
Update claim information and obtain necessary file details
Route calls and electronic correspondence appropriately
Requirements:
At least one year of customer service experience
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and high volumes
Efficient task completion and accurate communication
Use bilingual communication and customer service expertise to support Allstate customers throughout their claims process remotely.
