This seasonal fixed-term Area Team Lead position supports campaign delivery across a geographical zone. You will coordinate Kettle movements, collect donations and petty cash, address supply shortages, and ensure accurate administrative reports. The schedule is 40 hours per week through December 24, 2025, and requires standing for extended periods in malls or stores.
Key Responsibilities:

Move Kettles to zone locations before campaign shifts
Collect donations and petty cash securely
Ensure donations reach secure locations after shifts
Report supply deficiencies and daily issues to coordinators
Complete required training and campaign orientation
Requirements:

One year related experience or customer service experience
Money handling experience is an asset
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
Satisfactory Background Check and Driver's Abstract required
Ability to stand long periods and work in cold weather
