As Assistant General Manager, you will guide team performance and deliver strong guest experiences. The role includes opening and closing independently, inventory counts, cash reconciliation, employee hiring, and food costing. You will take direction from Senior Management while managing daily restaurant priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Train and coach the team toward absolute service
Set expectations and follow up regularly
Open and close the restaurant independently as key holder
Reconcile cash deposits and perform inventory counts
Address customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:

Minimum two to three years leading a team
Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and mixed shifts
Organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and maintain composure
Bring team leadership, restaurant organization, and guest service skills to The Burger’s Priest downtown Toronto location.
