Robotic Milking Systems Sales Consultant

Support robotic milking growth with DeLaval by training dealership personnel, coaching sales teams, and advancing dairy solutions across Ontario.
This Capital Goods Solution Sales Specialist serves as a dairy consultant for dealerships and producers. The work covers robotic and conventional milking systems, farm management, and cooling solutions. You will strengthen dealer performance through coaching, training, market intelligence, and proactive industry communication. Robotic milking activities may involve other provinces and states.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver product application and commercial training
Coach dealership sales personnel one to one
Benchmark sales personnel and create emulation
Follow up dealer development plans and objectives
Communicate with industry influencers, contributors, and institutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field
Three to five years of distribution-channel sales experience
Basic dairy production knowledge considered an asset
Strong communication and ability to influence others
English and French bilingualism preferred
Bring dairy knowledge, coaching ability, and commercial communication to expand DeLaval’s robotic milking solutions through dealerships.
