Inside Sales Customer Service Representative
White Cap Management LLC
Drive inside sales at White Cap through customer service, order entry, and product pricing while supporting customers by phone and email. Work primarily indoors with occasional light lifting and limited overnight travel.
This Inside Sales Representative facilitates sales opportunities and upselling across customer accounts. You will respond to orders and quotations, provide product information, and support sales, gross margin, and corporate service goals. The role includes outbound prospecting, estimating, and project tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product needs and logistics support
Enter sales orders accurately and promptly
Prospect for opportunities through outbound calls and emails
Provide pricing using company resources and guidelines
Track open orders and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
Generally two to five years of relevant experience
One to five years of sales experience
Inventory sales experience preferred
Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
Bring inside sales, customer support, order management, and product knowledge to White Cap's customer-focused sales process.
