Memory Care Life Enrichment Manager

Support memory care residents at Sunrise Senior Living through individualized Life Skills programming, meaningful routines, and resident-centered engagement in North Vancouver.
As a Life Enrichment Manager at Sunrise at Lonsdale Square, you will create experiences reflecting resident interests and abilities. You will review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities. The casual position includes organizing groups, documenting participation, and supporting purposeful daily connections.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop individualized Life Skills based on resident interests
Engage residents in meaningful, familiar daily routines
Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
Document participation according to quality standards
Assist residents traveling to and from activities
Requirements:

One or more years working with memory-impaired seniors
High School Diploma or GED
Age eighteen or older
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
Bring memory care experience, adaptable programming, and organized communication to create purposeful moments for Sunrise residents.
