Deliver patient-focused care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll, using assessment and intervention skills across all required shifts.
Rural Roads Health Services seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for its Combined Care Unit. The unit includes medical and complex continuing care beds, supported by an interdisciplinary team. Apply patient assessment, communication, time management, and clinical knowledge while caring for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, intervene, and evaluate patient care needs
Prioritize care efficiently across assigned patients
Provide goal-oriented care to patients and families
Function independently and within an interdisciplinary team
Work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration and good standing
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Cerner, Powerchart, and Microsoft Office
Current BCLS and specified clinical certifications
Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, attendance, and work ethics
Bring registered nursing credentials, patient assessment expertise, and interdisciplinary collaboration to Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll’s Combined Care Unit.
