Canna Cabana seeks a Retail Shift Supervisor with sales leadership and cannabis compliance experience in Canmore, Alberta. The position is permanent and full-time.
As part of High Tide Inc.'s Canna Cabana retail brand, you will supervise sales associates, coordinate assigned shifts, and support licensed cannabis store operations. The position requires customer service, inventory control, cash handling, and regulatory compliance. You will rotate between Canmore and Banff locations while working split shifts around peak business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and direct sales associates during assigned shifts
Verify identification and enforce Alberta minimum-age requirements
Sell cannabis products and accessories while assisting customers
Authorize payments, refunds, exchanges, and merchandise returns
Support opening, closing, inventory, and store presentation procedures
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
Minimum two years of retail work experience
Valid SellSafe certification required by AGLC
Ability to train, motivate, and lead staff
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts
Bring retail supervision, customer service, and cannabis compliance skills to Canna Cabana stores across Canmore and Banff.
