This Financial Administration Business Systems Analyst supports the Payment Manager Upgrade team for up to one year. The work includes testing, documentation, technical support, and systems knowledge. You will analyze financial processes, create complex reports, define requirements, and coordinate with Finance and Information Technology Services.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise for Payment Manager upgrades
Analyze processes, procedures, configurations, and improvements
Create complex reports using multiple systems
Define requirements for systems, processes, and interfaces
Liaise with Information Technology Services and Finance departments
Requirements:

University degree in accounting or related field
Computer science education or experience
Three to five years’ computerized financial systems experience
At least two years’ senior-role experience
Knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles
Apply systems analysis, accounting knowledge, testing, and reporting expertise to the City of Regina’s Payment Manager upgrade.
