The Personal Banking Associate builds lasting customer relationships through daily service and guidance. You identify needs, recommend appropriate contacts, explain digital banking, and help resolve issues. The position also supports branch operations, process accuracy, documentation, and frontline colleagues while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsabilités principales:

Understand customer needs and exercise judgment with confidential matters
Provide advice on banking solutions and service transactions
Build customer confidence in emerging digital banking trends
Resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters
Recommend improvements to branch practices and operations
Exigences:

Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Strong administration, planning, and organizational abilities
Effective verbal and written customer communication
Use financial guidance, customer service, and operational judgment to help Montréal clients navigate TD Canada Trust banking needs.
