Process vendor invoices and payments as an Accounts Payable Clerk with Dilawri, using Excel and accurate account reconciliation skills. Support automotive dealership accounting across a major Canadian group.
Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for its accounting team. The position includes vendor account reconciliations, floor plans, warranty schedules, intercompany accounts, and payment processing. Communication with internal and external clients, issue ownership, and general administrative support are also central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and promptly
Reconcile vendor accounts against statements
Reconcile floor plans, warranty schedules, and accounts
Process and reconcile intercompany accounts
Communicate with clients and vendors, resolving issues successfully
Requirements:
Accounts Payable experience is an asset
Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred
Proficiency in Excel is required
CDK dealer management software experience is preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks around monthly deadlines
Bring Excel proficiency, reconciliation expertise, and professional communication to Dilawri’s Accounts Payable team supporting automotive dealerships.
