Retail Floor Supervisor Key Lead

Lead retail floor execution through customer focus, sales performance, and coaching as a Key Lead within Abercrombie & Fitch Co. stores.
The Key Lead supports store leadership by acting as Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. This role drives customer experience, daily sales achievement, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include registers, OMNI Channel Orders, visual displays, reporting, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing routines
Guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates
Operate register and point of sale systems
Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders
Analyze reporting and support floor decision making
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least one year of retail experience preferred
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
Strong communication, initiative, and confidence
Saturday, Sunday, and certain holiday availability
Bring customer focus, coaching ability, and retail operations experience to the Key Lead team at Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
