Luxury Butler Guest Services Specialist

Deliver bespoke guest service as a Luxury Butler, using emotional intelligence and formal dining expertise in an ultra-luxury environment.
This Butler position requires at least two years of guest-facing experience in luxury hospitality. You will prepare suites, coordinate in-suite services, maintain guest histories, and support reservations. Strong knowledge of food and beverages, conflict resolution, etiquette, amenities, and hospitality standards is essential for personalized service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain guest suites according to preferences and standards
Coordinate dining, amenities, housekeeping, laundry, and packing services
Maintain accurate guest history records and communicate recovery needs
Assist restaurant, spa, excursion, and private tour reservations
Maintain suite cleanliness, organization, inventory, and health compliance
Requirements:
Minimum two years of luxury Butler or guest-facing experience
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
Conversational ability in an additional specified language
Professional Butler or luxury service certification
Formal dining, silver service, and VIP guest expertise
