Key Responsibilities:
Manage presentation check-in activities
Coordinate seamless transitions to licensed Sales teams
Maintain guest information and CRM records
Provide general resort and local information
Support daily operations and assigned responsibilities
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain a California Real Estate License within six months
Preferred experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
Computer, tablet, and digital business application experience
Professional presence with exceptional hospitality skills
