As a Financial Services Representative in Investments, you will support Financial Planners with administrative investment activities and business development. You will analyze client files, propose solutions when required, and refer clients to appropriate specialists. The role reports to the Financial Planner Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize client interactions for investment transactions
Detect opportunities and refer clients to specialists
Propose transaction and investment solutions when required
Support Financial Planners with data analysis
Maintain compliance with processes and risk rules
Requirements:
High school diploma and three relevant years’ experience
Or college diploma and one relevant year
Mutual Fund Representative license within three months
Customer service and business development experience
Basic investment and digital tool knowledge
