High Volume Production Cook

Support high-volume food production as a Cook with mise en place expertise, cooking knowledge, and dependable kitchen equipment practices.
This Cook position focuses on preparing quality food under established corporate standards and applicable regulations. Success requires experience as a restaurant or prep cook, familiarity with industry best practices, and accuracy while completing assigned tasks. Canadian work experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food products according to directed specifications
Organize garnishes, sauces, dishes, cutlery, and ingredients
Maintain clean kitchen equipment after use
Store and rotate dated food and beverage products
Communicate operational issues and maintenance requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience preparing or cooking restaurant food
Food Safety Certification and recognized cooking school certificate
Knowledge of diverse cooking methods and ingredients
Ability to work accurately and quickly
Independent and team-based work capability
Bring organized preparation, production speed, and practical cooking knowledge to a quality-focused kitchen service role.
