Inventory Replenishment Clerk
RONA
Inventory replenishment and analytical skills can support RONA stores and customers through coordinated procurement and stock management. Help keep popular products available.
As a Clerk on RONA’s replenishment team, you will support in-stock goals, service rates, inventory turnover, and supplier performance. You will identify top sellers, address stock concerns, and help resolve procurement questions. The work connects stores with procurement, planning, merchandising, logistics, and flyer activities. A degree in a related field is an asset, alongside two years of relevant experience. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and database knowledge are also valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify top sellers and maintain sufficient stock levels
Support stores with procurement questions and problems
Coordinate communication between stores and relevant departments
Address SKU discrepancies and backorder issues
Monitor improvement interventions and recommend opportunities
Requirements:
Two years of relevant experience
Degree in a related field is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of databases
Analytical mindset with independent and collaborative ability
Bring analytical thinking, inventory awareness, and cross-functional communication to RONA’s replenishment operations and store support.
