Provide personal care in person with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as a Health Care Aide serving the Home Care Program in Winnipeg. Support comfort, privacy, and respect for each individual.
This clinical position belongs to the F4 Fort Garry Team at WRHA Community Health Services. The successful candidate provides safe, effective care, communicates with clients, families, and coworkers, and manages assigned workloads. Duties may involve travel between clients’ homes and responding to simultaneous demands.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, effective personal care to individuals
Support clients’ comfort, privacy, and respect
Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
Organize and prioritize assigned workload
Transfer and transport patients and equipment
Requirements:

Complete a recognized Health Care Aide course
Hold a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license
Access a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
Use basic MS Word and Outlook computer skills
Work shifts, weekends, and independently or collaboratively
Apply personal care, communication, and critical thinking skills as a Winnipeg Health Region Home Care Health Care Aide.
