Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Dietitian

Become a Registered Dietitian on our Family Health Team to provide personalized nutrition care and support health promotion. Full-time and part-time options available.
As a Registered Dietitian, you'll deliver individualized counseling and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on chronic disease management initiatives. Your role will also involve conducting assessments and developing tailored nutrition care plans to meet diverse patient needs, enhancing both community health and individual outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with patients to assess dietary habits
• Develop individualized nutrition care and management plans
• Deliver evidence-based education for chronic conditions
• Support holistic patient-centered care initiatives
• Engage in quality improvement through lifelong learning
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or equivalent
• Experience as a Registered Dietitian in community settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with self-management approaches
• Current vulnerable sector check
