Effectuer l'analyse d'un ensemble de demandes de prestations d'assurance salaire en plus du service de gestion des absences
Faire des recommandations et transmettre les décisions et les plans d'action relatifs aux demandes de règlements
Faire preuve de dynamisme et d'empathie afin d’offrir une expérience client hors du commun et de contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs
Elaborer et mettre en œuvre les interventions qui réduisent la durée des invalidités
Être un acteur important assurant le retour à la santé et au travail de nos clients
Ce qui te permet de réussir Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) Expérience pertinente au service à la clientèle (ex. centre d’appels, domaine de la santé, etc.)
