Bilingual Group Benefits Client Care Representative
Equitable
Support Equitable clients from a home office using bilingual communication and group benefits expertise. Work remotely in Alberta, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET.
As a Client Care Representative, you will answer health and dental questions for plan members, medical providers, and regional offices. You will resolve inquiries, respond to emails, and use group benefits knowledge to deliver clear assistance. Extensive training includes a required six-week program after Equitable Orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming telephone calls about health and dental products
Resolve inquiries using thorough group benefits knowledge
Respond to internal and external customer email inquiries
Refer suspicious claims to the Fraud Investigations team
Alert departments to potential fraud-related findings
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English, spoken, read, and written
Previous experience in phone-based customer service
Insurance, group benefits, or related medical experience preferred
Superior interpersonal skills managing client relationships
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
