Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Fisher Personal Care Home site. The clinical position provides care under established standards, policies, and procedures. When assigned charge responsibilities, you provide direction to Health Care Aides, Unit Clerks, other LPNs, and Nurse IIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents
Practice within approved professional scopes and legislation
Provide clinical direction when assigned charge responsibilities
Support the Authority’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Requirements:
Active or eligible CLPNM practicing licensure
Current Basic Life Support training
Demonstrated clinical nursing skills and concepts
Effective decisions, problem solving, and organization
Valid Manitoba driver’s license and satisfactory checks
