Warehouse Operations Specialist Val-d'Or
Normet
Manage warehouse operations at Normet’s Val-d'Or location, using inventory control and ERP systems while working independently onsite. Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment accurately.
As Warehouse Operator, you will oversee daily warehouse activities as the sole warehouse employee at this facility. Your work includes inventory organization, shipment verification, order preparation, documentation, equipment operation, and safety compliance. You will communicate with management, carriers, suppliers, Customer Service, Sales Support, and other Normet locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily warehouse priorities
Receive shipments and verify purchase orders and product condition
Enter receipts, movements, and orders into ERP systems
Pick, pack, label, and document customer shipments accurately
Operate material handling equipment and maintain warehouse safety
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two to three years of warehouse experience preferred
Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds safely
Bring independent warehouse leadership, accurate inventory practices, and safety-focused order fulfillment to Normet’s Val-d'Or operations.
