This Dispatcher position supports commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and installation service operations. You will coordinate technician schedules, optimize routes through ERP software, monitor time sheets, and communicate with customers. The role also supports the customer service team and fleet management activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track technicians through ERP software
Optimize technician routes and planned maintenance schedules
Maintain technician daily time sheets
Follow up on work order progress
Provide fleet management and customer service support
Requirements:

At least one year of dispatch or scheduling experience
Experience in a comparable environment
Strong customer service experience
Basic office computer proficiency
Ability to adapt quickly while multitasking
