Neighbourhood Centre Operations Supervisor

Lead neighbourhood centre operations in Regina with expertise in staff supervision, facility management, and community recreation programming. This term position supports City services.
The City of Regina seeks a Supervisor, Neighbourhood Centres, within Community & Recreation Programs. Direct multi-purpose centre operations, coordinate programming, and supervise Neighbourhood Centre Programmers. Apply community development knowledge, budget management, participation processes, and local government administration to support effective services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee safe, effective neighbourhood centre service delivery
Guide facility bookings, permits, and utilization practices
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate assigned staff
Monitor programs, performance data, and community needs
Manage budgets and approve authorized expenditures
Requirements:
Knowledge of community development through recreation and social programs
Leadership experience in performance management and delegated work
Strong research, analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Ability to plan and direct assigned staff
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Regina
Bring facility management, financial planning, and community partnership skills to neighbourhood centre programming for the City of Regina.
