Protect SportChek customers, associates, and merchandise through store security awareness, Loss Prevention standards, and visible coverage during high-risk hours.
As Store Loss Prevention Lead, you will help embed customer and Loss Prevention awareness throughout the store environment. Reporting to the Store General Manager, you will remain present on the sales floor and in departments, coach associates, and support product security. The role includes incident logging and communication with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide visible Loss Prevention coverage across store areas
Ensure customers receive acknowledgment throughout the store
Coach associates on Loss Prevention Hotspots
Execute all aspects of the Loss Prevention Program
Log incidents as necessary
Requirements:

High School Diploma
Provincially valid Security Guard or Investigator License considered an asset
Computer literacy considered an asset
Valid CPR and First Aid training required
Passion for activities and drive to inspire others
Support SportChek with visible store security, associate coaching, customer awareness, and consistent Loss Prevention execution.
