As a Patient Support Associate, you will provide frontline assistance across Canada. You will work with Support and Operations to deliver reliable patient experiences. The role emphasizes email, chat, customer service platforms, and accurate communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted frontline voice for patients
Support French-speaking patients and English-speaking patients as needed
Respond to requests through email and chat
Navigate platforms and tools for personalized support
Improve patient journeys with CX leadership
Requirements:
Minimum one year of customer-facing experience
Native French and professional English fluency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
Evening and weekend availability preferred
Bring bilingual communication, patient support, and service accuracy to Hims & Hers telehealth operations across Canada.
