The worker reports functionally to the Hospitality Foods Teacher and administratively to the Principal.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food for cooking and service

Demonstrate baking methods and sound practices to students
Serve food during cafeteria or catered functions
Assist with storage, counter service, and kitchen activities
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of food preparation and baking experience
B.C. Food Safe Certificate
Understanding of food service sanitation standards
Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds
Apply baking, food preparation, communication, and organization skills while supporting students, staff, and public cafeteria service.
