Banking Customer Experience Associate

Make banking interactions meaningful as a Customer Experience Associate with CIBC in Peterborough, supporting transactions, client issues, and digital adoption onsite.
This Client Engagement Associate position serves as a first line of support within CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team. You will listen carefully, understand client needs, explain relevant solutions, and support sales of basic banking products. The regular role offers 15 weekly hours at the Peterborough-George & Hunter location. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends, and flexibility across nearby centres is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen and gather information to resolve client issues
Take accountability for client questions and concerns
Explain relevant banking products and services
Support product sales meeting specific client needs
Connect clients with suitable CIBC team members
Requirements:
Strong focus on client experience
Goal orientation and accountability
Financial products and client service knowledge
Standards compliance and interpersonal communication
Availability for evenings, weekends, and nearby centres
