Compass is seeking a dedicated Child and Youth Worker (CYW) to deliver culturally responsive care for children and youth in home, school, and community settings in Sudbury, Ontario. The CYW collaborates with clinicians and partners to promote safety, well-being, and positive outcomes.
The role includes working with youth in the Step Up, Step Down live-in program, supporting families, and mentoring students on placement while adhering to Compass policies and community standards.
