Store Security Agent Mississauga
TJX Canada – Winners, Marshalls, HomeSense
Build retail security expertise in Mississauga as a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent for TJX Canada’s WINNERS, HomeSense, and Marshalls stores. Use CCTV daily.
You will help create a welcoming environment while protecting TJX Canada Associates, customers, and assets. The work combines customer engagement, pedestal-alarm response, theft and fraud prevention, floor walking, and support for suspect apprehensions. A provincial security license is required, with related security and loss prevention experience encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Support stores in uniform while providing exceptional customer service
Respond to alarms and maintain a welcoming store environment
Prevent theft and fraud against TJX Canada stores
Assist with suspect apprehensions and civil or criminal prosecution
Identify and report incidents to investigators and managers
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Provincial security license required for this position
Retail loss prevention experience encouraged
Military, security, or law enforcement background encouraged
Vehicle access and valid driver’s license preferred
