DynaIndustrial seeks an Operations Assistant supporting operational information, paperwork, and production activities. You will work with Operations and Shop Managers, Quality Control, and administration. Microsoft Office, scheduling, documentation, and material coordination are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update production information in Global Shop ERP
Support production planning and scheduling with managers
Maintain Advanced Planning and Scheduling functionality
Coordinate jobs, materials, documentation, and shipments
Organize quality records and Material Test Reports
Requirements:
Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
Intermediate to advanced Excel and Outlook skills
ERP or MRP experience strongly preferred
Manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or industrial experience an asset
Organizational skills for multiple priorities and accurate documentation
Support DynaIndustrial production through Global Shop, scheduling, documentation, and accurate operational information in Saskatoon.
