The Associate Product Owner partners with business and technology stakeholders throughout agile delivery. You will gather requirements, document processes, analyze data, and support system changes. The role contributes to travel solutions, operational enhancements, testing, and implementation while building hands-on business and technology skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and validate business requirements for projects and enhancements
Create current-state, future-state, process, and workflow documentation
Maintain TripX tables and configuration settings
Plan testing, validate functionality, and document defects
Support reporting, audits, tax activities, and operational maintenance
Requirements:
Experience in business, data, insurance, or travel analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills
Experience with Agile requirements and process documentation
Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel; JIRA or Confluence preferred
