Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Data Governance Business Analyst for an oil and gas client. You will support enterprise data governance initiatives and partner with business and technical teams. The work focuses on improving governance maturity, decision-making, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models
Gather requirements and drive governance initiatives with stakeholders
Document data flows, lineage, processes, and supporting procedures
Deliver training, workshops, and governance communications
Support cataloging, metadata, ERP, and governance tool projects
Requirements:

Three or more years in governance, management, or analysis
Experience with stewardship, cataloging, metadata, lineage, and quality frameworks
Understanding of governance principles and GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA
Experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
