Commercial Real Estate Valuation Consultant
Altus Group
Lead commercial real estate valuations at Altus Group using USPAP expertise and market analysis within an activity-based work model.
This consultant coordinates delivery schedules and client engagements across Analysts and GSC. The position reviews valuation assumptions, appraisal reports, and income approach models. It also supports valuations across traditional operating properties, land, developments, and complex assets. You will communicate with clients and third-party appraisers while mentoring analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate delivery schedules, administrative tasks, and client engagements
Review market data and determine reasonable valuation assumptions
Create and review income approach valuation models
Assess third-party reports for USPAP and regulatory compliance
Mentor analysts on foundational commercial real estate knowledge
Requirements:
Ability to complete valuations across all property types
Knowledge of USPAP guidelines and state regulations
Experience analyzing market rent and comparable property leases
Ability to coordinate analysts, GSC, clients, and appraisers
Ability to provide clear instructions and substantive input
