Multi Provincial Payroll Administrator

Manage multi-provincial payroll with strong compliance and analytical skills as a hybrid Payroll Administrator at Westland Insurance Group. Work from Surrey, BC.
This Payroll Administrator position supports accurate, timely employee pay and payroll compliance across Canada. You will process hourly and salaried payroll, maintain records, and contribute to improving systems and processes. Success requires at least three years of full-cycle payroll experience, discretion, and priority management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare multi-provincial payrolls on a biweekly schedule
Process both hourly and salaried employee payroll
Keep employee records and changes current
Provide payroll data and reports as needed
Monitor applicable provincial and federal legislation
Requirements:
Three or more years of full-cycle payroll experience
Ability to manage time, tasks, and priorities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Confidentiality and discretion when handling payroll information
Payroll software experience; Dayforce is an asset
Bring full-cycle payroll experience and legislative awareness to multi-provincial processing, employee records, and reporting at Westland Insurance Group.
