Pharmacy Operations Pharmacist

Lead Pharmacy operations as a Pharmacist with Shoppers Drug Mart, overseeing dispensing accuracy, workflow queues, inventory, and controlled substances.
This Pharmacist manages the dispensary while on duty and provides professional services within full expanded scope. Responsibilities include consulting customers and health care providers, protecting confidentiality, maintaining records, and supporting daily Pharmacy operations. The work also includes inventory oversight, medication orders, documentation, and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Pharmacy operations while on duty
Review daily Workflow Queues and will call bins
Monitor stock levels, expired inventory, and medication orders
Control dispensary access and patient confidentiality
Complete controlled substances documentation and reporting
Requirements:
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial requirements
Use Pharmacy systems and personal computing skills
Formulate and execute problem-solving action plans
Follow Health and Safety procedures
Support enterprise programs and business development
Bring operational oversight, regulatory awareness, and dispensing expertise to a Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy serving its customers.
