International Logistics Customs Coordinator

Manage international logistics, customs documentation, and shipment issues while supporting product availability for customers from Laval. French and English proficiency is required.
As Traffic and Customs Coordinator, you will coordinate non-standard transportation, seasonal Winter shipments, exports, returns, instruments, and materials. You will respond to transport and customs inquiries, maintain client quality standards, and support accurate shipment records. This onsite assignment lasts twelve months, with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate carriers, brokers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders
Handle urgent deliveries and shipments to remote areas
Follow up TIR delays and initiate corrective actions
Supply customs documentation requested by auditors
Maintain SAP zones, TMS tables, archives, and shipment records
Requirements:
DES or equivalent qualification
Two to three years transport and customs experience
Bilingual French and English communication skills
Knowledge of Excel
Canadian customs, HS classification, and tariff determination assets
Use international logistics coordination, customs expertise, documentation accuracy, and clear communication to support customer shipments.
