Coordinate costume and props materials for Cirque du Soleil, using inventory control and planning skills in workshop operations. Keep production materials moving.
As Materials Management Coordinator, you will plan, receive, and deliver complete kits for costume and semi-finished item production. You will maintain organized inventory while working with the Materials Manager and workshop teams. The position supports material availability, accurate records, and production timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare complete kits for costume and semi-finished production
Conduct counts, analyze variances, reconcile, and update inventory data
Organize storage layouts and manage costume barcode identification
Track transfers and follow up on missing materials
Receive goods and complete inspection and customs transactions
Requirements:
Minimum five years in materials management, warehousing, or logistics
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organization, scheduling, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to move materials weighing up to seven kilograms
Fluency in French and functional English
Bring inventory management, materials planning, and workshop coordination skills to Cirque du Soleil costume and props operations.
