The Financial Analyst reports to the Manager of Accounting within Neighbourly Pharmacy’s Corporate Accounting team. You will analyze variances, reconcile payments, review inventory valuations, and support period-end and quarter-end close activities. The work also includes reporting, internal controls, process improvements, and corporate financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze accrual and payment variances periodically
Reconcile program payments and assist with reporting results
Review physical inventory counts and ensure accurate valuation
Support close activities with reconciliations and journal entries
Prepare ad hoc reports and financial analyses
Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce in finance or accounting
Three or more years of accounting experience
Advanced Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
Experience with sales margin and analysis
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bring accounting experience, analytical judgment, and advanced Excel capability to Neighbourly Pharmacy’s remote financial reporting team.
